The room was adequate. The kitchen was small. Lighting was odd. Very bright. Breakfast was really odd. Steak fries and some type of green pepper and onion that looked like it was left over. Scrambled eggs and the bacon was good. Four people in the room and provided with two towels and no bedding for the pull out bed. One surprising plus - newspapers were provided!

I stayed here with points. The hotel is worn and was filled with contractor workers who aren’t always the quietest. (Also lots of pot smell.) The bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable. I turned the A/C down to 60, put it on high and continuous fan but couldn’t get the temp below 69. The water also smelled awful.

Love love love this place. Clean, great studio room with refrigerator, stuff, microwave. Most staff exceptional, Sre, the manager, Hassan, new on job, Scott and Sherry breakfast staff.... all absolute absolutely terrific. Will definitely come back.

The staff at front end and breakfast was friendly. The hotel itself is worn down. Room was dirty, dirty baseboards, visible dust/debris next to fridge and we opened the sleeper sofa (rough sleep) to find trash in it. Stayed 4 nights w/ no housekeeping, so have to continually ask for more towels, trash bags, toiletries and dishwasher tabs (they give you 1), to keep the room functioning. Breakfast was average with limited healthy fresh fare and no evening reception. Will look for other options next time.

My husband and I stayed here 6 nights. I have read some terrible reviews of this extended stay hotel. I honestly don't know why people were so dissatisfied with it. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Breakfasts were great and plentiful. Kitchen staff kept everything filled. The room was large and included a full kitchen and living room area. We reserved the king suite. Bed was comfortable. My one complaint is that the bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. The hotel is non smoking. Apparently people go into the bathroom to smoke. Not sure whether it is maintenance, housekeeping or guests, but it was really noticeable. Even the wallpaper in the bathroom was saturated with the odor. I spoke to staff at front desk and they offered to put us in a different room. We were already unpacked and settled in so we stayed put. Other than that, it really was a good experience. We will stay there again, but will check out the bathroom before unpacking.
